When will my products be delivered?

We plan to get your goods to you within 10 working days of receiving your order. Wall Calendars and diaries will not be available until November due the timing of the release of the racing fixture dates by the Irish Turf Club. If your order includes these items it will not be despatched until these are available and only when the goods are despatched will you your credit card be charged. Personalised items may take up to 28 days. Please note that it’s possible for deliveries to take a little longer at Peak times.

How do I return products?

We will refund or exchange any items that are returned to us provided they’re in perfect condition. We ask you arrange and pay for their return, unless they are faulty. Please keep your proof of posting. Personalised items cannot be returned.

Do you have a shop?

Yes you can visit our office at Newmarket or we sell on many of the racecourses from Oct to Dec. A list of the dates and racecourses at which we plan to sell weather permitting can be found at

I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock

If we are out of stock of an item you can see when it will be back in stock on the product page. If we are no longer selling an item it will be removed from the website.?

How do I change my account information?

If you have registered with us for an account you can change your details by clicking on "Login" on the top right hand section of any page. If you are already logged in, click on my account and amend your details here.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We do deliver outside the UK. For Europe there is a charge of £15 and for the Rest of World £25. Certain products may be more expensive due to the weight and size. If you add such an item to your basket and find you cannot checkout you will receive a message to contact our call centre on 08080 453 453.

Why should I Gift Aid my donation?

If you’re a UK taxpayer please say yes to Gift Aid. For every pound you give to the Injured Jockeys Fund, we get an additional 25p from HM Revenue & Customs. The extra we get means we can provide more support to our beneficiaries.
