Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries under 1kg are sent second class via Royal Mail, which can take up to three days to arrive. Orders above 1kg are sent by a courier who will deliver your items between 9 am and 5 pm the following working day. All orders placed before 2 pm are typically processed the same day, depending on demand. Orders for personalised Christmas cards must be placed before 9th December 2025 to arrive in time for you to post before Christmas.
How does my purchase help injured jockeys?
Each purchase of our charity equine Christmas cards helps support our essential work improving the lives of injured jockeys and their families. The Injured Jockeys Fund assists jockeys, past and present, who are injured, unable to ride or generally in need. We can only provide this assistance with your support.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns for our cards and non-personalised products. We will refund or exchange any items, provided they are returned in perfect condition. Unless they are faulty, we ask you to arrange and pay for their return.
