How long does delivery take?
Deliveries under 1kg are sent second class via Royal Mail, which can take up to three days to arrive. Orders above 1kg are sent by a courier who will deliver your items between 9 am and 5 pm the following working day. All orders placed before 2 pm are typically processed the same day, depending on demand. Orders for personalised Christmas cards must be placed before 7th December 2026 to arrive in time for you to post before Christmas.
