Delivery Charges

We do everything we can to reduce the cost of your delivery, but this is a significant cost to the charity which we have no option to charge to our customers in order to make the gifts you buy benefit the charity.  There is more to the delivery charge than just the cost of the delivery itself.  This also include the cost for storage, picking and packing and consumables which our fulfilment partner must charge to provide the service to us.   We review our relationship with our partners regularly to ensure we are getting the best value for the charity.

All deliveries that are below 1kg are sent via the Royal Mail via their second class postal service which can take up to 3 days to arrive.  Larger orders that exceed 1kg are sent by a parcel courier who will deliver between 9am and 5pm the following working day.  All orders placed before 2pm are normally processed the same day depending on demand.
