Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Expect orders under 1kg to arrive between 1-3 working days via second-class Royal Mail. Orders over 1kg will arrive the next working day and are sent via a courier service. Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed the same day, subject to demand.
How does my purchase help injured jockeys?
Your purchase of our special offer and clearance products will help our charity provide aid to injured jockeys and their families. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for all our products, including our special offer and clearance products, except for personalised items. We will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange if the item is returned to us in perfect condition.
