How long does delivery take?
Expect orders under 1kg to arrive between 1-3 working days via second-class Royal Mail. Orders over 1kg will arrive the next working day and are sent via a courier service. Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed the same day, subject to demand.

Your purchase of our games and puzzles will help our charity provide aid to injured jockeys and their families. For active and retired jockeys, IJF is there to provide much-needed support for those who are injured or in need of additional help. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for all our games and puzzles. We will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange if the item is returned to us in perfect condition.
